Australia – Standard shipping attracts a $4 flat fee.
We aim to use minimal packaging for shipping to avoid unnecessary waste. If size and weight permits we will use recyclable paper envelopes to pack your items and will send them as a regular letter via Australia Post. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day, however please allow approximately 2-6 business days for it to arrive due to Australia Post delivery times.
To absorb postage costs your order may be compressed or split into two or more packages. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping method that produces the least amount of waste.
Australia – Express shipping attracts a $12.15 flat fee.
Your order will be delivered within 2 business days to all capital cities (except Darwin), and selected major towns.
Note: Express packages over 6kg will be charged extra postage costs.
New Zealand – Standard shipping starts from $4.20 AUD. The exact cost will be calculated at the checkout based on quantity.
Shipping outside Australia and New Zealand is currently unavailable via our online shop, however we can arrange international orders via email. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
